Seriously, peaberries can be really intense and if you are good at dialing them in then you have a serious gem. Needless to say we are sippin on emeralds here at Everyman. I coarsened the grind and dropped the dose a bit and BLAM! Sweet balanced mother of god. Complex whirlwind of dried sweet fruits like plums, raisins, dates followed by brightness from the gods of citrus. There's also a dry spice in the finish that calms things down. Wait for it to cool a bit and you'll notice a strong peach flavor. All in all STELLAR.
